| Cross Country Signups | There will be a Cross Country sign-up meeting at the intermediate school on ??/??/?? at ??:?? and at North Salem on ??/??/?? at ??:?? |
| Summer Kick Off Picnic | Thursday 6/7/2012, 6:00-8:00pm, at Pinchot (York side) - Please bring a dish to share, hamburgers and hotdogs will be supplied by the coaches. 7:30 - 8:00 will be a Parent/Athlete orientation. Bring running shoes. RSVP Coach Shaffer via email or Facebook Group |
| Summer Runs | Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 - 8:30pm. Starting June 11th. Meet at high school parking lot by track We will run varying distances followed by a group game (ultimate Frisbee, double ball soccer, freeze tag, etc...) |
| 250 Mile Coaches Challenge | This year Coach Shaffer is challenging you to run 250 miles over the summer. Use this log sheet to log your miles and have your parents sign it. Everybody that meets the challenge will receive a special 250 Mile Challenge award. |
